That's true, twisted minds are the devil's workshop!

Didnt spend time on this and the only guess was that this one too was a shift cipher. Balls ne bataya fone par.Abhi affine ciphers daal de..they will be really twisted

a x (Letter) + B shifts = new letter

Actually, affine ciphers are given by

e(x) = ( A * x + B ) mod M

where A and B are arbitrary numbers,
such that A and M are coprime where
M is the size of the alphabet.

These ciphers are also substitution ciphers (similar to caesar cipher) and are more vulnerable to attack by frequency analysis.

Aup, you didn't spend much time but *guessed* that it was a shift cipher has no meaning at all :P, sorry, you haven't solved it.

I wasnt indicating at all that I deserved credit for solving or "guessing" your cipher...so your last statement, though trying to make a point is useless !

Finally did the hard work yesterday after Mike told me how to decipher it. I wanted to thank you with another transposition cipher but I'll escape the hardwork .."once aggaaiiin".Thanks for the most 'cryptic' bday wish ever.

Abhi picture baaki hai mere dost !
